Brown Blood - What Does it Mean? Decoding the Period

Period blood color tells us a lot about our womb health. Our body is talking to us - it's not our fault we were not taught how to listen. That's what I'm here for!
Brown blood, whether it is at the beginning, end or all the way through our period, indicates that it is time to add circulation.
Our womb is prone to stagnation and most women will experience some form of it - old blood and clots build up - paving the way for things like cramps, (the uterus is a muscle that tries to expel what's stuck), heaviness and brown blood.
One of the first changes that usually occurs with yoni steaming is a shift in blood color to a nice fresh red. It looks vibrant and has little to no smell (an unexpected result of steaming!)
Red blood is one of the signs we are getting to a Standard Healthy Cycle and a goal we should all be aware of.
Brown blood is showing us that our uterus needs support with its' monthly cleanse. We want to nip stagnation in the bud before it causes worse symptoms like cramps, clots and fertility issues (if it hasn't already.)
Steaming is a powerful tool when you know how to use it! Book in with me for support.
